Meet William

Will is a Wealth Advisor with the Kanai Wealth Management Group. He believes that the best interest of every client should be at the center of every relationship. He does this through a discovery process regarding goals and what clients would like to achieve, review current accounts and risk tolerance, and then build a tailored plan for every client. Wills goal is to bring comfort and certainty to every financial situation.

Will graduated from Calvin College in 2013 with a B.A. in Business with a concentration in marketing and an Associates in Youth Ministry. He began his career in finance with Lake Michigan Credit Union working in member services and consumer lending. He enjoyed his time there, but wanted to pursue his interest in helping individuals and families pursue their long term goals. He started his career as an advisor with Edward Jones and spent one and a half years knocking on doors, building relationships, and developing financial plans. During that time his wife and he were expecting their first child and that a change in a work/life balance was necessary. He proceeded to move to TD Ameritrade as a Financial Consultant and was quickly promoted to a Senior Financial Consultant. He truly enjoyed the team aspect and working with people from all walks of life. He decided to join the Kanai Wealth Management Group in 2020 to increase the value that he brings to his clients. Will holds a Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.

Outside of the office, Will spends time with his wife, Meagan, and two daughters, Olivia and Finnley. He also volunteers with Ada Bible Church as a small group leader for high school students and has gone on several mission trips including ones in the Dominican Republic, Detroit, Chicago, and Grand Rapids. Will has a passion for building and remodeling and never hesitates to get dirty and tackle any project that he or his friends are working on.

William does not offer advisory services through Cetera Advisor Networks LLC.
